OBJECTIVE

  1. Advocacy and Representation: – GUTA strives to be the voice of traders in Ghana, advocating for the rights and interest at the national and international level. This could involve lobbing for policies that support small and medium scale businesses, addressing challenges faced by traders and promoting a fair and promoting a fair competitive market environment.
  • Capacity Building and Training: –GUTA provides training and capacity building program to equip traders with the skill and knowledge they need to succeed in business. This includes workshop on business management, financial literacy, marketing strategies, business ethics and other relevant topics.
  • Networking and Collaboration: -GUTA facilitate networking opportunities for traders to connect with each other, share best practices and collaborate on business opportunities. This help members to expand their network, access new market and grow their businesses.
  • Promoting Ethical Business Practice: –GUTA promotes ethics among traders, encouraging transparency, integrity and fair competition. This help build trust among traders, customers and other stakeholders and enhance the reputation of the trading community in Ghana.
  • Economic and Development Sustainability: -GUTA works towards promoting sustainable economics development in Ghana by supporting initiatives that create jobs, drive innovations that contributes to the growth of the economy. This involve partnering with government agencies, NGO and other stakeholders to implement programs that benefit traders and wider community.
